Tonight was a very wonderful evening. We started with a trance induction where each member was regressed back in time so that they could understand and experience vivid memories and emotions attached to those memories. Eventually, they were taken right back into the womb, and beyond that into Bardo, the space between lives, to a time they made a decision to be in a previous lifetime, and their souls entered the body of their mothers in that lifetime. They were given time to explore that lifetime, and to vividly experience sights, sounds, smells and emotions and bring them back with them to this lifetime.

The second half of the evening was an open-eye induction working with partners. They looked into each other's eyes while I took them through th eprocess of relaxation and deepening. As they continued to look into their parther's eyes, they experiences that their faces were changing, shifting .... nationality, race, gender. They were instructed to use their intuition and pick up on an important lifetime or circumstance that could relate to what the partner might be experiencing in this lifetime. Then they were taken deeper and asked to consider what it would be like to be the person they were observing, and deeper and then allowing themselves to transfer identities with the other person, and truly feel the physicality, emotions and thoughts of the other person.... to perceive life through this person's eyes ..... to experience sensations as this person. They passed each other a personal object, and were instructed to know what it was like to have this article belong to them. When they moved back into their own bodies, they brought back the experiences of being that other person. The discussion that followed was amazing. Talk about walk a mile in my shoes!
